I require the coding of a website of a small company, according to this description:

- Coding only is required. Design will be provided, including very detailed sketches and all graphic elements in web-ready format

- HTML only (no flash or anything fancy); there are forms in couple of pages (send to email address, nothing more complex)

- 42 pages (21 in Spanish and identical 21 in English)

- Layout is identical in all pages except a slight variation in the homepage

- Must be highly SEO-aware. (All tags will be provided; careful site structure, site map, etc)

- At a later stage we will add a blog, so the site must be able to accommodate it, implement it quickly and manage it easily

- Speed is essential - site must be live ASAP

- time it would take to complete
- a few links to sites you have done in the past
